WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
– All items are subjected to a 5-7 day production period before they are dispatched.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then follow the package by pasting the tracking code in our tracking portal.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES, EXCEPT MINOR DELAYS FROM CARRIERS:
– USA: 10-25 Days
– CA/UK/AUS: 14-25 Days
– Rest of World: 25+ Days
Be aware to add up the production time too if you need to receive it for special events.

We have multiple factories in China and United States. Please read the description of the product carefully to know the shipping time.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
